The Service

From wardrobe to settled, in three quiet steps.

No car boots, no shop counters, no photographing forty garments for an app. We attend, we assess, and we settle — you simply reclaim the space.

i.

Request an appointment

Tell us, in a sentence, what you have — a few bags or an entire dressing room. We'll confirm a time that suits you, evenings and weekends included.

ii.

A private visit

We arrive discreetly at the agreed hour, review everything with you present, and agree terms before a single garment leaves the house.

iii.

Settlement, your way

Per-bag purchases are settled on the day by instant transfer. Consignment clients receive a monthly statement and payment as each piece finds its next owner.

Two Ways to Sell

Settle today, or let us realise the full value.

Every collection is your choice — and most clients blend the two. Everyday pieces settled per bag; the finer garments consigned, where patience is rewarded.

The First Way

Purchased per bag

One clear offer · settled before we leave

  • We review your bags on arrival and make a single, straightforward offer.
  • Settled immediately by instant bank transfer, or cash if you prefer.
  • Suited to house moves, estate clearances, and simple decluttering.
  • If the offer isn't right, nothing leaves — no obligation, no awkwardness.

For certainty and simplicity

The Second Way

Consigned on your behalf

We sell for you · you retain the greater share

  • We photograph, catalogue, store, and place your finer pieces with the right buyers.
  • You retain the majority of every sale — 55% to 75% of net proceeds, rising with the value of the piece.
  • A monthly statement records precisely what sold, and for how much.
  • Anything unsold after the agreed term is returned to you, or donated — as you wish.

For designer and premium wardrobes

What We Take

Good clothing, honestly worn.

We purchase men's, women's and children's clothing in clean, wearable condition. The finer the label, the finer the price — though well-kept everyday pieces are always welcome.

  • Max Mara
  • Reiss
  • Jigsaw
  • Whistles
  • Hobbs
  • Boden
  • Mint Velvet
  • Barbour
  • Ralph Lauren
  • Lacoste
  • Seasalt
  • & designer houses

Coats, knitwear, dresses, tailoring, denim, footwear and accessories are all considered. Designer pieces are natural candidates for consignment.

Respectfully declined

  • Damaged or stained garments
  • Underwear and swimwear
  • School uniform
  • Heavily worn fast fashion
  • Counterfeit goods

Unsure? Send a photograph when you enquire and we'll advise honestly before we set out. Whatever we can't purchase, we'll gladly direct towards the right charity or textile recycler.

Discretion, as Standard

Your business remains your business.

  • An unmarked vehicle No livery on the drive. To anyone passing, it is simply a visitor calling.
  • Private by default We never photograph your home, name you in a listing, or disclose where a garment came from.
  • Entirely on your terms Everything is agreed with you present. Withdraw any piece, at any moment, before we leave — without a word of pressure.

The bags had sat in the loft for two years. They were gone, and paid for, within twenty minutes — and not a soul on the street was any the wiser.

Common Questions

Asked before most first appointments.

How do you decide what a bag is worth?

On the day, with you present. We look at the labels, the condition, and the current resale market, and make one clear offer for everything you'd like to sell. There's no item-by-item haggling, and if the figure isn't right for you, everything stays exactly where it is.

What share do I receive on consignment?

You always retain the majority of every sale. Your share is between 55% and 75% of net sale proceeds, rising with the value of the piece — the finer the garment, the greater your percentage. The exact schedule is agreed in writing at your appointment, and your monthly statement shows the working for every item sold.

What happens to the clothing afterwards?

Purchased and consigned pieces are cleaned where needed, photographed privately, and placed with buyers through established resale channels. Nothing is ever listed with your name, your street, or any trace of where it came from — and nothing we handle goes to landfill.

Do you handle house and estate clearances?

Yes, and with particular care. Clearing a family member's wardrobe is rarely just a practical task, so we work at your pace, in complete confidence, and can settle everything in a single visit if that's what the situation calls for.

Is there any charge for the visit?

None. The appointment, the assessment, and the collection are all without charge or obligation — whether you sell everything, a few pieces, or nothing at all.
